Maintenance for Spouse and Children:
The maintenance of the children takes into account the children’s needs and the parent’s earnings. Normally maintenance is dealt with in the District Court and Circuit Court.
Access
Children have the right to see both parents even if the parents’ relationship has broken down. Sometimes a court application may be necessary to enforce this right.
