During the High Court Sittings at Waterford in June an interesting point arose in relation to a claimant having more than one P60 in the same year. This seemed to cause some confusion to a defending insurance company but the answer silenced everyone with its simplicity – you can of course have numerous P60’s within the same year if you happen to have been working for different employers in the same year.
