We will guide you through the arrangements that you will have to make with your chosen Estate Agent or Auctioneer.
We will need the deeds to your house as these will have to be given to the puchaser on completion.
We would also need to review all planning documentation relating to the construction of your house and any extensions that you may have added to the property.
If you have an exiting mortgage on the property, this will have to be cleared by you prior to the completion of the sale or it can be cleared by arrangement from the proceeds of sale.
Sometimes when you are selling a house you may at the same time be buying a house. You should make sure that you have access to your new house the same day as you leave your old one.
In all the upheaval, make sure you do not overlook the small things such as cancelling your insurance and utilities, and be sure to notify the Bank, Tax Office and so on of your new address.
