In January 2013, the Conveyancing Conflicts Task Force Regulation was introduced.  This regulation prohibits the same solicitor, or two solicitors from the same firm, from acting for both the seller and the buyer, or transferor and transferee, in property transactions.

We are delighted to work with ‘My Legacy’ which is a coalition of almost 80 Irish charities working together to promote the power of legacy giving.  ‘My Legacy’ highlights the fact that leaving a gift in a Will to a charity is a simple and fulfilling experience that anyone can do.  Ireland lags greatly  behind the UK in what charities earn from legacies, with only 6% of income coming from legacies, compared to 40% in the UK.
