Oilgate to Rosslare Bypass

The M11 Gorey to Enniscorthy motorway opened to traffic in July 2019, so Oilgate to Rosslare is now the only section of road from Belfast not of dual carriageway or motorway standard.  Wexford County Council is working in association with Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) to develop an approximate 30km section of road which will link Rosslare Europort with both Dublin via the M11 and Cork/Waterford via the N25. The route can be seen here and will involve a significant amount of private land being acquired by the Local Authority for the project.

In January 2013, the Conveyancing Conflicts Task Force Regulation was introduced.  This regulation prohibits the same solicitor, or two solicitors from the same firm, from acting for both the seller and the buyer, or transferor and transferee, in property transactions.
